My name is Mei Ling, from Battambang province. I always dream to travel around the world to discover different cultures and to learn new things. I know that the only thing I can do to realize my dream is to get a scholarship. Hence, I always put all my efforts in to my studies.
As a result, in 2012, with the Cambodian government scholarship, I had an opportunity to study in Phnom Penh at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE). After the foundation year, I decided to choose this international dual degree programs, and in 2016, I got the Eiffel Scholarship to continue my Master degree in France. Besides acquiring a strong knowledge of professional skills, I am planning to travel around Europe during my vacations. Now, my dream is coming true.
