I’m studying Master’s degree in Business Law at Lumière Lyon 2 University in France. This once in a lifetime opportunity was given to me by the Eiffel Scholarship. I decided to join French Law Program because Cambodian legal system is largely influenced by French civil system. Moreover, it’s a dual degree program which allows students to graduate with two bachelor’s degrees; one from Lumière Lyon 2 University and another from Royal University of Law and Economics.

This program is particularly interesting and challenging because most of our courses are taught in French and by foreign professors. The classroom environment is great due to fewer students than other programs and all rooms are air conditioned and equipped with projectors and necessary study equipment for each course. Our professors have years of teaching experiences, understanding and patient with students’ questions. We also have our seniors and staff who are always ready to help in case we need something.

In addition, French Law Program has given me opportunities to participate in many contests such as Eloquence contest, Parlement Francophone des Jeunes and others. Besides studying, my friends and I have attended amazing events throughout the year such as, Francophonie Festival, annual trip and year-end party. During this time, we have spent a lot of time together studying, reviewing and planning events. We have created so many unforgettable memories of joys and valuable experiences.

Joining French Law Program is one of the best decisions I have ever made. It changed my life and made my dream of studying abroad came true.
