On December 11th, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Cambodia (KAS) and the Royal University of Law and Economics international programs in international law (RULE) have signed a MoU to coordinate their projects and activities in the field of legal research and education in Cambodia for the next three years. Dr. Daniel Schmueking, KAS country representative, and Paul Mornet, program director for the international masters in international law, represented KAS and RULE respectively.
Cooperation between KAS and RULE will involve joint research and publication, the co-organization of seminars and workshops as well as academic exchanges, with the goal to foster legal education in the Kingdom.
