On December 18th, the first round of the GREENCAP Debate Competition took place at RULE, with students debating questions pertaining to development and environmental protection in Cambodia. RULE would like to express its sincere appreciation to all participants, and wish good luck to both teams moving to the semi-final to face the ITC: Baytong Propei (MA) and Carpe Diem (BA).
ថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២១៖ ជុំទីមួយនៃការប្រកួតប្រជែងជជែកដេញដោល GREENCAP បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្ត្រ និងវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ដោយមាននិស្សិតជាច្រើនក្រុមធ្វើការជជែកដេញដោល សាកសំណួរគ្នាទាក់ទងនឹងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងការការពារបរិស្ថាននៅកម្ពុជា។ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្ត្រ និងវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រសេដ្ឋកិច្ច សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងស្មោះស្ម័គ្រចំពោះអ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់ និងសូមជូនពរឱ្យក្រុមទាំងពីរ (Baytong Propei (MA) និង Carpe Diem (BA) ឡើងទៅកាន់វគ្គពាក់កណ្តាលផ្តាច់ព្រ័ត្រ ដែលនឹងត្រូវប្រកួតជាមួយក្រុមមកពីវិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា(ITC)។
