RULE and Lyon III held a Joint Diploma Award Ceremony for Graduates of the Dual Master’s in Land Law and Real Estate

On February 17th, RULE and its partner Université Jean Moulin Lyon III held a joint diploma award ceremony for the graduates of the Dual Master’s in Land Law and Real Estate. The ceremony featured congratulatory speeches from stakeholders involved in the academic cooperation between the French university and RULE, including H.E. Yuok Ngoy, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Education, who emphasized the quality and dynamism of the academic cooperation between France and Cambodia, and the desirability of the graduate offer stemming from this cooperation. Also present were H.E Dr. Kan Channméta and Dr. H.E Béatrice Balivet, the historic co-directors of this dual master’s program, as well as H.E. Dr. Luy Channa, Rector of RULE and Pr. Olivier Gout, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Université Jean Moulin Lyon III. In addition, Mr. Pierre Vincent, Advisor for Cooperation and Cultural Action at the French Embassy in Phnom Penh was present to congratulate the graduates with Mr. Jean Deleage, from the French Superior Council of Notaries. RULE and Université Lyon III would liek to wholeheartedly extend their congratulations to the recent graduates for their hard work to secure their degrees. Created in 2006, this dual Khmer and French Master’s Degree aims to provide training for land and real estate professionals in the public and private sectors in Cambodia. The academic team is made up of Cambodian and French experts, academics or real estate professionals (notary, lawyer, architect, manager) enabling high-level technical training on land and buildings, with a view to sustainable development.
