Paul Mornet is the deputy director for the dual master’s programs in international law at RULE since 2019, managing the daily operations for the dual master’s degree in public international law co-organized with Université Paris Vincennes – Saint-Denis and the dual master’s degree in international business law, co-organized with the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

He has over 11 years of experience in high education in Cambodia, having taught various courses in international relations, political sciences and international law at the Royal University of Law and Economics since 2012 and at Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia since 2015. At RULE, he is teaching the course International Relations in the dual bachelor’s degree in law and the course Advanced International Relations in the dual master’s degree in public international law. His core areas of expertise are in international security and political ideologies as well as international academic cooperation. He is also a consultant on high education in Cambodia for various local and international organizations.

Paul Mornet graduated his Bachelor in international relations and law and Master in international relations from Université Jean Moulin Lyon III in France.
