Dr LONG Sarapech is a holder of Docteur en Droit from University Côte d’Azur, France.

He obtained dual Master degrees of International Business law from Royal University of Law and Economic (RULE) and University of Paris Assas in 2012, along with a Master of International and European Law from University Nice Sophia Antipolis, France in 2013.

Dr Sarapech used to work as a Corporate Secretary in a microfinance Company, assistant to the Ministry of Tourism, Part-time Lecturer of Law , Legal Adviser to a Law Office in Phnom Penh, Minister’s Cabinet officer at MoEYS, and currently as Lecturer/Researcher at RULE. His research interests focus on General International Law, its relations with Cambodian Law, Law of the Sea, Human Rights Law, and International Criminal Law.
