Ksenia Kondratova

Ksenia Kondratova is a legal professional with over a decade of experience in contract law, data protection and regulatory compliance. She holds an LL.M in Commercial & Company Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has further specialized in IT & Data and ESG Law.

She spent 12 years as a Senior Legal Counsel at KPN, the largest telecommunications and IT company in the Netherlands, where she advised on contract law and negotiations, corporate law, privacy and regulatory matters. In this highly regulated and rapidly evolving sector, she played a key role in guiding technology-driven service launches, ensuring legal alignment in marketing and commercial strategies and developing privacy program frameworks. Her work also involved close engagement with regulatory bodies and participation in dispute resolution processes.

Beyond her legal practice, Ksenia is an experienced speaker and trainer, regularly sharing insights at industry forums and conducting training sessions for professionals across various sectors.

Now based in Cambodia, she works as a legal consultant, helping businesses navigate emerging ESG requirements, data governance and ethical business practices to enhance their competitiveness in the European and ASEAN markets
