The guests lecture dedicated to ”Cambodia’s Petroleum Legal Framework” organized at RULE on January 17th was a great success, with discussions focusing on the evolution of the framework governing petroleum activities from the 1991 regulations to the 2019 petroleum law, including the various agreements available and Cambodia’s choice for product sharing agreement and conditional petroleum agreement. Our team at RULE Dual Degree Department in Law would like to express its gratitude to both speakers for sharing their precious time and rare expertise:

Srey Sros KHY, deputy director of the State revenue department at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, specializing in petroleum contracts in Cambodia, for her insights as civil servant handling such agreements, including the comparison with ASEAN neighbors.
