BGF Scholarship is a yearly program from the French Embassy in Cambodia which provides fully-funded scholarship to the best Cambodian students to do a master’s degree program or a PhD program in France.
RULE is very pride to count 3 laureates from its programs this year. We would like to extend our warm congratulations to the following students, laureates of the BGF scholarship 2021-2022:
From the dual-degree in Law:
Mr MEAN Punleupich, Lumière Lyon 2 University, Master’s degree program in Business Law (in French language)
Mr KHUOY Socheat, La Rochelle University, Master’s degree program in Digital Law (in French language)
From the dual-degree in Economics and Management:
Mrs SIENG Sopheakmealea, IAE Nantes (Nantes University), Master’s degree program MBFA Shipping-Trading (in English language)
It has to be noted that the 3 laureates are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program of the French Cooperation Department at RULE. After the Eiffel scholarship program which saw 6 students from the French Cooperation Department selected, this result confirms RULE trough the work done by its French Cooperation Department as a center of excellence in Cambodia. Indeed, year after year RULE has demonstrated its ability and expertise in providing students with the best education and competences, allowing them to compete for and to get the most prestigious and selective scholarships to continue their studies abroad. RULE is fully committed to continue working in this way in order to contribute to the education of the young generations and so to the bright development of the country.
We wish all the best to these 3 students for their master’s degree studies in France. We have no doubt that they are promised to great achievements.
