The French Cooperation Department in Law co-organized with the Association Henri Capitant in Cambodia the visit of Mr Jean-Rafael Fernandez, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Marseille and his delegation of lawyers to the RULE, Bar Association of Cambodia and Ministry of Justice.
At RULE, President Jean Rafael Fernandez discussed with H.EZ. LUY Channa, Rector of RULE, Dr SOEUN Sophorn, Vice-Rector of RULE, Dr PRUM Rithy, Professor at RULE and Mr Laurent MESMANN, Head of Project for the French Cooperation Department, the possibility of establishing a cooperation between the Bar Association and the University of Aix-Marseille, prestigious Law Faculty in France.
