RULE is Honored to Have Hosted H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Minister of Education, for the Launch of the Global Plan for French Language

On Wednesday, July 6th, from 2.30 to 4pm., RULE’s Dual Degree Programs Department was honored to welcome H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Minister of Education (and also Patron of the dual degree Master’s in Public International Law Paris University-RULE), to participate in a Conference on the Role of International Organizations. H.E. Minister was accompanied by several high profile individuals, including H.E. Jacques Pellet, ambassador of France to Cambodia, H.E. Dr. Chhiv Yiseang, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Dr. Luy Channa, Rector of RULE, Pr. Vincent Tomkiewicz, director of the dual degree Master’s in public international law at Paris University, who currently teaches his course on WTO Law to the year 2 students, and Pr. Pilar Munoz from Vigo University. The Conference was launching the Global Plan for French Language in Cambodia. We would like to thank H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Minister of Education and alumni of RULE, for honoring us with his benevolent presence and valuable contribution to the Conference.
