On June 14th, students enrolled in RULE-Paris University dual master’s degree in public international law have attended a guest lecture co-organized with the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Cambodia (UN OHCHR) on the topic of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR), especially in the light of Cambodia’s review and the fourth interactive dialogue scheduled in May 2024. RULE Dual Degree Department in Law would like to express its appreciation to the OHCHR speaker, Maximinus Muboh Kuh, who delivered a very thorough presentation of the UPR and its various components, as well as its immense gratitude to the UN OHCHR in Cambodia to make this event possible.
