Nomination & Application Procedure

The Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) is a leading public higher education institution in Cambodia. We welcome exchange students from a large number of international partner institutions into our specialized Dual Degree Departments (Law / Economics & Management).

 

⏳ 1. Deadlines

Fall Semester (Sept–Jan):
Nominations must be sent before June 15th.

Spring Semester (Feb–July):
Nominations must be sent before December 15th.

Your home university coordinator must email your nomination details (Full Name & Email Address) directly to our team:

Once your nomination is validated, you will receive an invitation to our mandatory Online Orientation Session to review academic selection, visas, and practical integration.
