Saida El Boudouhi is a tenured professor of public law at the University Paris Vincennes – Saint-Denis who specializes in public international law, international economic law, the relations international
law and domestic legal systems, EU law and international environmental law. She is also a research fellow and visiting professor at the University of Arizona, and a former professor at the University
Paris II Pantheon Assas.
Pr. El Boudouhi has received her PhD in international law from Sorbonne University in 2009 and the aggregation (highest academic distinction in France) in 2016.
