RULE signs a MoU with the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction

On July 22nd, the French Cooperation Department officially participated to the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on training and research between the Royal University of Law and Economic Sciences of Phnom Penh, Lyon 3 University, the National Institute for Notrarial Training (INFN) and the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction. 
This MoU will support the development of our prestigious Dual Master’s Degree on Land Law and Real Estate (RULE – Lyon 3) and will enable students, civil servants and professors mobilities in France and opportunities of cooperation with the Ministry (MoLMUPC).
Our first Expert round Table will take place on August 1st at the MoLMUPC with experts from RULE, France, Sweden, Canada, Belgium and Morocco.

L’URDSE signe un MoU avec le Ministère du développement du territoire, de l’urbanisme et de la construction ainsi qu’avec 2 prestigieuses institutions françaises de formation (université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 et INFN)

Le 22 juillet, le Pôle de droit de la Coopération française a officiellement participé à la signature d’un protocole d’accord sur la formation et la recherche entre l’Université Royale de Droit et des Sciences Économiques de Phnom Penh (URDSE), l’Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, l’Institut National des Formations Notariales (INFN) et le Ministère de l’Aménagement du Territoire, de l’Urbanisme et de la Construction (MLMUPC).

Ce protocole d’accord soutiendra le développement de notre prestigieux Double Master en Droit Foncier et Immobilier (URDSE – Lyon 3) et permettra des mobilités d’étudiants, de fonctionnaires et de professeurs en France ainsi que des opportunités de coopération avec le Ministère (MLMUPC).

Notre première Table ronde d’experts se tiendra le 1er août au MLMUPC avec des experts de l’URDSE, de France, de Suède, du Canada, de Belgique et du Maroc
