La Gazette Francophone est le fruit d’une collaboration étroite entre étudiants, volontaires et structures francophones de l’URDSE. Elle a été conçue comme un espace d’expression et de valorisation des productions intellectuelles, des parcours et des initiatives des étudiants des filières francophones en droit et en sciences économiques et de gestion. En donnant directement la parole aux étudiants, la revue contribue au rayonnement de l’université et illustre la vitalité des coopérations franco-cambodgiennes.
Cette initiative s’inscrit dans une démarche ambitieuse visant à renforcer la visibilité de la francophonie universitaire, à encourager l’expression bilingue et l’ouverture culturelle. À quelques mois du prochain Sommet de la Francophonie, elle marque également la force et le dynamisme de la langue française au sein de l’université qui promeut une communauté universitaire ouverte, multilingue et tournée vers l’international.
Le projet de la Gazette Francophone bénéficie du soutien de l’Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), dans le cadre d’un appel à projets destiné à renforcer l’attractivité des formations francophones en Asie-Pacifique. Cet accompagnement, prévu jusqu’en 2026, permet de faire de la Gazette un outil de promotion durable et un véritable laboratoire d’expression académique pour les étudiants.
La Gazette Francophone s’impose ainsi comme un symbole de dynamisme et d’ouverture internationale, contribuant à la formation des futures élites administratives, juridiques et économiques du Cambodge.

La Gazette Francophone: a new tool for academic and Francophone outreach at the RULE
The launch party for La Gazette Francophone, organized by the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) at the premises of the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), marked the official presentation of this new academic journal dedicated to Francophone programs. Bringing together students, teachers, institutional partners, and Francophone stakeholders, the event celebrated the publication of the first issue and highlighted the collective commitment that led to the realization of this project.
The Gazette Francophone is the result of close collaboration between students, volunteers, and Francophone organizations at RULE. It was designed as a space for expression and promotion of the intellectual output, career paths, and initiatives of students in French-language programs in law and economics and management. By giving students a direct voice, the journal contributes to the university’s reputation and illustrates the vitality of Franco-Cambodian cooperation.
This initiative is part of an ambitious approach aimed at strengthening the visibility of the French-speaking academic world and encouraging bilingual expression and cultural openness.
With the next Francophonie Summit just a few months away, it also highlights the strength and dynamism of the French language within the university, which promotes an open, multilingual, and internationally-oriented academic community.
The Gazette Francophone project is supported by the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) as part of a call for projects aimed at enhancing the appeal of French-language education in the Asia-Pacific region. This support, scheduled to continue until 2026, will enable the Gazette to become a sustainable promotional tool and a genuine laboratory for academic expression for students.
The Gazette Francophone is thus establishing itself as a symbol of dynamism and international openness, contributing to the training of Cambodia’s future administrative, legal, and economic elites.
