Chloé Baumard is an attorney-at-law at the Paris Bar Association and a lawyer specializing in Asian and EU law. She has graduated from a LLB at the University of Essex in English law and the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III in French law. She pursued her LLM in Asian Law at Université Jean Moulin Lyon III and Ho Chi Minh University of Law, before to pass the Paris Bar exam. She is the head of the contract unit at Cambodia Airports, drafting, leading negotiations, and managing contracts for development projects across all departments for PNH, KOS and KTI.
