RULE, Kinstellar Southeast Asia and Sok Siphana Sethalay Law Office Sign MoU for Capacity-Building Collaboration

RULE Dual Degree Department, Kinstellar Southeast Asia and Sok Siphana Sethalay Law Office have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on March 16th at RULE. The ceremony was attended by:

-Roman Hamala, International Partner at Kinstellar Southeast Asia,

-Vanseka Sok, Managing Partner at Sok Siphana Sethalay Law Office,

-Laurent MESMANN, Director of the Dual Degree Department at RULE,

-Paul Mornet, Director of the Dual Master’s Degrees in Law at RULE,

-Oeurn Sambo, Financial Coordinator of the Dual Degree Department at RULE.

The MoU provides a framework for reciprocal capacity-building activities, including on-site, practice-oriented seminars on specific aspects of commercial law for the students enrolled in the Dual Master’s Degree in International Business Law Université Libre de Bruxelles-RULE. Other activities include the organization of conferences and training.

This initiative reflects the commitment of Kinstellar Southeast Asia and Sok Siphana Sethalay Law Office to support the next generation of Cambodian legal professionals through practical, industry‑driven learning opportunities aligned with international standards. The Dual Master’s Degree in International Business Law Université Libre de Bruxelles-RULE being a leading program for business lawyers in the region, high-added value is anticipated from this collaboration.
