Luc Cool joined RULE as a lecturer in 2019. He teaches the Advanced Enterprise Risk Management course in the Master program on Risk Management for Banking and Insurance. Luc is a risk practitioner with an extended  professional career in banks and insurance companies. He worked in several countries in Europe and in South-East-Asia. In Cambodia he worked for Amret MFI (as Chief Credit and Risk Officer) , Prudential Life Assurance (as Chief Risk and Investment Officer) and Forte Insurance (as CEO for the Lao business unit).  He currently works as Chief Financial Officer for EDFI MC, an European investment manager who invests in early-stage companies in developing markets in South and South-East Asia and Sub Saharan Africa.
